What is Call park?

Call park puts a caller into a numbered holding slot so that anyone in the business can pick that call up from any handset.

How does Call park relate to Silux Call?

Useful when you do not know who should take the call: park the caller on slot 1, say so out loud, and whoever is free collects slot 1 from their own phone. Unlike a transfer, you do not have to know where the person is. Silux Call includes call park from Growth, or £1.25/month as an add-on.
